MILTON FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE It has been brought to our attention that we have not been calling holding penalties especially on players who are holding the ball carrier before reaching for the flags. Please ensure that you call any action of this nature. As we move forward this league has requested we officiated in a stricter fashion. If you have any questions contact me.
